
TRADITIONAL FARE
In a picturesque setting, guests can choose from a variety of dishes, changing from week to week, in the framework of our buffet-style Sunday brunch. The professional team of “Fenyves” Restaurant uses ingredients produced on our farm to prepare the best home-style dishes. The name of the restaurant has become synonymous with these Hungarian dishes, since the farm located adjacent to the hotel is a guarantee for authentic, high-quality food. Stuffed cabbage, beef stew, dishes from pork, lamb, fish and poultry, as well as many other delicious local specialities are served on the buffet tables. The repertoire of the brunch includes three types of soups every week: a home-style broth, a ragout and a fruit soup. In our starters, we also use ingredients from our farm: the meats from the indigenous animals raised on our farm offer an authentic flavour for the greaves, sausages, bacon and home-made liver pâtés we serve. On our farms, we raise ducks, geese, guinea fowl, pheasants, turkeys, hens, grey cattle, “racka” lambs, “mangalica” pigs, rabbits and goats (we also make cheese from the milk of the latter, served among our appetizers). One of the special features of the grounds, the hotel’s own fishing pond, is located next to the farm. Hotel guests also have an opportunity to fish here, and our kitchen is pleased to prepare your lunch from the catfish caught, according to your specifications.
A FABULOUS LOCATION WITH MAGICAL DISHES
Every Sunday, between noon and 3 pm, we offer our very popular Sunday Brunch in the “Fenyves” Restaurant of Erdőspuszta Club Hotel. Guests can choose from an abundant offering of carefully prepared dishes, including appetisers/starters, soups, main dishes and desserts.

WE THINK OF EVERYONE
On a weekly basis, our Sunday brunch offers at least 10 different main dishes with a variety of side dishes, chosen from the treasure house of national and international gastronomy. Although home-style dishes are given more emphasis, in addition to these traditional, heartier classic fares, our offering also includes lighter, youthful, fashionable options. We also pay attention to gluten and lactose intolerance, and already at the time of reserving a table, any special dietary restrictions may be indicated, which means that we adjust the dishes prepared to the needs of the guests. But even if a guest indicates his or her food allergies or sensitivities on the location, our flexible staff will immediately accommodate such requests. On our desserts table, guests can find seasonal fruits and a variety of ice cream specialities, as well as a plethora of homemade cakes prepared by our restaurant staff. Even though the Sunday brunch is offered in the interior spaces of the restaurant only, we can accommodate up to 250-300 people. At the closing of corporate conferences, on the occasion of private parties, birthday or name-day celebrations, a brunch may also be served in a separate, partitioned-off section of the restaurant. The buffet lunch is available to anyone, subject to reservations made by 6 pm on the previous evening.
